Supreme Black Salt is a fine-grained salt with a distinctive dark pink-grey colour and a strong, savoury aroma. It carries a pungent, slightly sulphurous character that sets it apart from ordinary table salt, making it a distinctive addition to the spice cupboard. This salt is a familiar feature in South Asian kitchens, often stirred through chaat, raitas and fruit salads. It also works well sprinkled over boiled eggs, roasted vegetables or into spiced chutneys, where its bold flavour comes through even in small amounts.
