Ko-Lee Curry Noodles are a quick reach for busy lunches and easy suppers. This is the sort of pack that lives in the cupboard for the nights when time is short and something warm and filling is needed fast. Each box holds five individual packs of curry-flavoured noodles, so there is always one ready to go. They work well as a simple lunch on their own, or as a base you can build on with whatever else is to hand, from a fried egg to some leftover vegetables. To prepare, add the noodles to boiling water and cook until soft, then drain and stir through the curry seasoning. Serve straight away while hot.
