Delverde Farfalle is bow-shaped pasta, cut with a ridged edge and pinched at the centre. The shape holds its bite once cooked, giving a firm texture that keeps its structure rather than turning soft. Farfalle works well in home cooking where a chunky shape helps catch sauce. Use it in creamy dishes with mushroom or bacon, in simple tomato and basil sauces, or tossed through pesto. The wide surface area also makes it a good choice for pasta salads, holding vegetables, cheese or tuna without falling apart. Cook in plenty of boiling salted water until just tender, then drain and toss straight into the sauce so it doesn't stick together. Keep any unused pasta in a sealed container or its original packaging in a cool, dry cupboard.
