Samyang Cheese Ramen is a pack of five instant noodle servings, each with a cheese-flavoured sauce sachet. The noodles are thick and chewy, designed to hold their bite after a short simmer on the hob. This is a straightforward store-cupboard noodle dish. Cook the noodles in boiling water for the stated time, drain most of the water, then stir through the sauce sachet until the noodles are coated and glossy. Many home cooks add an extra slice of cheese or a fried egg on top to round out the dish, and it works well as a quick lunch or late supper. Each of the five packs is portioned for one bowl, so it suits solo meals or can be scaled up for a group by cooking several packs at once.
