This 500g pack of ItalPasta Fusilli is a handy store-cupboard size, easily stretching across two or three family meals during a busy week. Fusilli is the classic spiral-shaped pasta, and its twists are designed to hold on to sauce, making every forkful well coated. It cooks up with a good bite, giving a satisfying texture whether served hot or cold. Use it for everyday dishes such as pasta bakes, creamy or tomato-based sauces, and simple weeknight suppers where you want the sauce to cling well. The spiral shape also works nicely in cold pasta salads, holding dressing and chopped vegetables in its curls. To cook, simply add to a pan of boiling water and cook until tender, then drain well.
