Kolson Colored Vermicelli is best known for its role in falooda, a chilled dessert drink layered with milk, jelly and syrup. It is a pasta product made up of thin vermicelli strands, dyed in bright colours rather than left plain. The colours make it a popular choice for sweet dishes rather than savoury ones.
