Heera Cinnamon Powder is a fine, warm reddish-brown spice powder with a sweet, woody aroma. Milled to a smooth, even texture, it blends easily into both sweet and savoury cooking without leaving gritty bits behind. In the kitchen, it works well in curries, rice dishes and spice mixes, adding depth to dishes such as biryani, pilau rice and meat curries.
