Heera Crushed Chilli is best known for lifting a simple curry or dahl with a quick shake of heat. This 200g pack contains dried chillies crushed into coarse flakes, giving both colour and bite to home cooking. Use it wherever a dish needs extra warmth. Stir a pinch into curries, chillies con carne or tomato-based sauces as they simmer. Scatter it over pizzas, pasta and roasted vegetables just before serving, or work it into marinades for chicken, lamb or paneer. It also works well mixed into oils for drizzling, or added to soups and stews for a fuller, spicier finish. Because it is crushed rather than ground, the flakes release their heat gradually, so it is easy to build flavour in stages.
