Heera Chakki Atta is best known for making soft, everyday chapatis and rotis, the flatbreads found on dinner tables across South Asian cooking. This is a stone-ground wholewheat flour, milled in the traditional chakki style to give a fine, consistent texture suited to flatbread dough. At home, cooks use it to roll out chapatis, rotis and parathas, working the flour with water into a soft dough before cooking on a tawa or griddle. The same flour also works well for puris and other simple flatbreads that need a pliable, easy-to-handle dough. This pack weighs 1.5kg, a practical size for regular baking and flatbread making.
