E.E Semolina Fine is a finely milled semolina, pale in colour with a smooth, even grain. It sits within our Rice & Flour range and comes in a 375g pack, ready for everyday cooking and baking. Fine semolina is a kitchen staple for both sweet and savoury dishes. Use it to make a classic semolina pudding, cooked slowly with milk until thick and creamy. It also forms the base for upma, a popular savoury breakfast dish, and works well in halva. Bakers use fine semolina to dust work surfaces and baking trays, helping bread and pizza dough slide off easily without sticking.
