Tropics Peri Peri Marinade is a smooth, pourable liquid with a bold peri peri flavour. It comes in a 500ml bottle, making it easy to measure out for everyday cooking. The marinade is designed to coat meat, fish or vegetables evenly, helping flavour work into the food before cooking. Use it to marinate chicken thighs or breasts before grilling, roasting or barbecuing. It also works well with prawns or firm fish fillets, and can be brushed over vegetables such as peppers and courgettes before they go under the grill. For a deeper flavour, leave meat or fish to sit in the marinade for a few hours, or overnight in the fridge, before cooking. Once opened, keep the bottle in the fridge and use within a reasonable time for best results. Shake well before use, as the marinade may settle. A spoonful can also be stirred into pan juices at the end of cooking to make a quick sauce to serve alongside the finished dish.
