Heera Mixed Lentils is a 1kg blend of dried lentils, combining different shapes, colours and sizes in one pack. The lentils are dried and split, giving a firm texture that softens once cooked. This mix offers variety in a single bag, useful for cooks who like to combine different pulses in one dish. Use this mix to make a hearty dal, adding it to a pot with water, turmeric and your usual spices. It also works well stirred into soups and stews, thickening the liquid as it cooks and adding texture.
