Armaan Frozen Ginger & Garlic Mix is a blended paste of ginger and garlic, frozen in a ready-to-use form. The mix has a smooth, spoonable texture that breaks down easily once thawed or added straight to a hot pan. This combination is a everyday base for curries, stir-fries and marinades. Spoon it into hot oil at the start of cooking to build the base for dals, curries and sauces, or stir into marinades for meat, fish or vegetables before grilling or roasting. It works well in place of freshly chopped ginger and garlic when time is short. Keep the mix frozen until needed. Take out only the amount required, as the paste can be spooned or scraped straight from frozen into a pan without needing to defrost first. Once opened, use within the guidance on the pack and return any unused portion to the freezer promptly to keep it in good condition for later use.
