This rub coats chicken evenly, forming a light golden crust once it hits the grill or oven. The lemon and herb peri peri blend clings well to the skin, releasing its citrus and herb aroma as it cooks. It's a dry seasoning mix, supplied in a 100g pack, made for adding a peri peri edge to home cooking. The lemon and herb notes come through whether it's used on chicken, fish or vegetables.
