Switz Samosa Leaves fry up light and crisp, turning a deep golden colour within minutes of hitting hot oil. Each sheet is thin and pliable, making it easy to fold into neat triangles without tearing. Straight from the freezer, they hold their shape well once filled and sealed. This pack contains 100 leaves, ready to use for classic vegetable or meat samosas. They also work well for spring rolls and other folded, fried snacks where a thin pastry casing is needed. Simply peel off the number of sheets required and keep the rest wrapped and frozen until needed. For best results, allow the leaves to thaw slightly before separating them, as this makes them easier to handle without cracking. Keep a damp cloth over the stack while filling, so the unused sheets don't dry out and become brittle. Any leftover leaves should be returned to the freezer promptly, well wrapped, to keep them in good condition for your next batch of samosas.
