Paratha is best known as the flatbread served alongside curries, dal and bhaji, and Doughstory Classic Paratha brings this everyday favourite to your freezer. This pack contains five parathas, ready to cook straight from frozen, giving you a quick way to add layered, flaky bread to a meal. At home, these parathas work well with a simple curry, a bowl of dal or a spoonful of pickle and yoghurt. To cook, place a frozen paratha on a hot tawa or griddle and cook both sides until golden, using a little oil or ghee to help it crisp and puff.
