RUSANA Sunflower Oil is a light, pale yellow cooking oil with a mild, neutral taste. Its thin, smooth consistency makes it easy to pour and measure, whether you're topping up a frying pan or greasing a baking tin. This is an everyday kitchen oil suited to a wide range of home cooking. Use it for frying eggs and bacon, roasting potatoes, making Yorkshire puddings, or stir-frying vegetables and noodles. Its neutral flavour also makes it a good base for homemade salad dressings and marinades, as it won't overpower other ingredients. Because the taste is mild, RUSANA Sunflower Oil works well in baking too, particularly in cakes and traybakes where a neutral oil is called for rather than butter. It can also be used for shallow frying fish, chicken or fritters, giving a light, even coating without a heavy aftertaste. Keep the bottle tightly sealed after use and store it in a cool, dark cupboard away from direct sunlight and heat sources such as the hob. This helps keep the oil in good condition for longer.
