KTC Veg Margarine 2kg

This 2kg tub of KTC Veg Margarine is a substantial size, suited to busy kitchens that get through margarine regularly. A household that bakes and cooks often will find it lasts through weeks of everyday use, from breakfast to Sunday dinner. KTC Veg Margarine is a vegetable margarine with a smooth, spreadable texture straight from the fridge. It works equally well as a spread for toast and sandwiches or as a cooking fat in the pan. Many families keep a tub on hand for both jobs, cutting down on the need for separate butters and oils. In real home cooking, this margarine earns its place in baking tins and roasting trays alike. Use it to cream with sugar for cakes and biscuits, to rub into flour for pastry, or to fry eggs and vegetables for a quick supper. It also melts well for basting roast potatoes or brushing over jacket potatoes before serving. Store the tub in the fridge and reseal the lid firmly after each use to keep the margarine fresh and workable. Take it out a little ahead of baking if a softer consistency is needed for creaming or spreading. The generous 2kg size means it is worth keeping a spare in the cupboard for when the fridge tub runs low. Whether stirred into a Victoria sponge, rubbed into shortcrust pastry, or spread thickly on morning toast, this margarine handles the everyday demands of a family kitchen.
