Indus Almonds are whole natural almonds, sold in a 700g pack. Their firm, dense bite and mild, slightly sweet flavour make them a versatile store-cupboard staple for cooking, baking and snacking. In the kitchen, almonds like these are ideal for scattering over porridge or yoghurt, blitzing into homemade granola, or chopping roughly to add crunch to salads and stir-fries. They also work well ground into flour for baking, or toasted whole and used in trail mixes and festive nut bowls. Toast the almonds lightly in a dry pan for a few minutes to bring out a deeper, nuttier flavour before adding to sweet or savoury dishes.
