The texture is thick and pourable, with no lumps or skins, making it easy to stir into sauces. Use it as the base for a classic bolognese, a simple pasta arrabbiata, or a homemade pizza topping. It also works well stirred into soups, stews, or a shakshuka, giving a rich tomato depth without extra chopping or sieving.
