Tamicon Tamarind Concentrate is a thick, dark paste with a sharp, sour edge and a deep fruity note. It has a smooth, spoonable consistency, ready to use straight from the jar without soaking or straining. This concentrate is a storecupboard base for South Asian and South East Asian cooking. Stir it into curries, dals and sambar for a tangy backbone, or use it to build sauces for pad Thai.
