Strawberry Decorates are small, brightly coloured cake decorations with a fruity strawberry flavour. The pack weighs 200g, giving enough to top a full batch of bakes. Scatter them over cupcakes, sponge cakes or traybakes for a quick decorative finish. They also work well sprinkled over trifles, ice cream sundaes or fruit tarts, adding a burst of colour and flavour to finish off a dessert. Many home bakers use them alongside icing or buttercream to add texture and contrast to the top of a cake. Keep the pack sealed in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal tightly to stop the decorations softening, and use them within the best-before date shown on the pack.
