Sofra Dried Mint is finely crushed mint leaves, ready to use straight from the pack. The leaves are dry and light in texture, with a strong aroma that comes through as soon as the jar is opened. Packed in a handy 60g size, it stores easily in any kitchen cupboard. Dried mint is a familiar addition to Turkish and Mediterranean-style cooking. Stir a pinch into yoghurt for a quick cacik, sprinkle over grilled lamb or kofte, or add to lentil soup for extra depth.
