Royal Chai Hot Chocolate is best known for making a warming mug of spiced hot chocolate, the kind you reach for on a cold evening. It brings together chai spicing with rich chocolate in one easy drink, sitting alongside other favourites in our Tea & Coffee range. At home, it works simply stirred into hot milk for a comforting drink after dinner or before bed. It also makes a good alternative to a standard hot chocolate when you fancy something with a bit more warmth and spice, whether that's a weekend treat or a mug to enjoy while watching television. For the best results, heat milk until hot but not boiling, then whisk in the powder until fully dissolved and frothy. Adjust the amount to taste, adding more for a stronger, spicier cup or less for a milder drink. Keep the tub sealed and stored in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct sunlight to help it stay fresh for longer. A teaspoon can also be stirred through porridge or added to a baked dessert for extra warmth and flavour, giving you more than one way to use it in the kitchen.
