Astor Matcha is a fine, vivid green tea powder, milled to a smooth, silky texture. It has a bold, grassy character that comes through whether whisked with hot water or blended into milk. Use it to make a traditional matcha tea, whisked briskly with a bamboo whisk or fork until frothy. It also works well stirred into hot or cold milk for a matcha latte, or blended into smoothies for a vibrant green colour and flavour.
