Oncu Pomegranate Sauce is a thick, dark red condiment with a glossy, syrup-like consistency. It carries a tangy-sweet flavour typical of pomegranate, balancing sharpness with a rich, fruity depth. Use it as a finishing drizzle over grilled meats, roasted vegetables or halloumi. Stir a spoonful into salad dressings for extra tang, or brush it onto lamb, chicken or aubergine before roasting to add a glossy glaze. It also works well swirled through yoghurt-based dips or spooned over flatbreads and mezze spreads. Shake the bottle before use, as the sauce can settle. Once opened, keep it in the fridge and use a clean spoon each time to keep it fresh for longer. A little goes a long way, so start with a small amount and add more to taste.
