Heera Caramel FE is a caramel flavouring made for home baking. It carries a warm, rounded caramel taste that comes through clearly once added to a mix or batter, without needing large amounts to make an impact. Use it to flavour cakes, sponges, biscuits and traybakes. A few drops stirred into buttercream or icing gives a caramel edge, while adding it to custards, puddings or flapjack mixes brings a deeper, rounder sweetness to the finished bake.
