Soghaat Lemon Juice is a bottled lemon juice supplied in a 1 litre bottle. It has a pale yellow colour and a sharp, tangy flavour typical of lemon juice, with a pourable liquid consistency. Use it in the kitchen wherever a recipe calls for lemon juice. It works well stirred into salad dressings, squeezed over grilled fish or chicken, or added to marinades for extra sharpness. A splash in curries, dals or chutneys brings a fresh, tart note, and it can be used to season soups or stir-fries at the end of cooking. It also makes a quick base for homemade lemonade or a refreshing addition to still or sparkling water. Add a spoonful to hot water with a little sugar for a simple warm drink.
