Papdi chaat is the dish this snack is best known for. Chaat Papdi is a pack of crisp, flat wafers, sold in a 400g bag, made for building classic Indian street-food snacks at home. These crisp discs form the base of favourite chaat recipes. Use them for papdi chaat, layering with chutneys, yoghurt and toppings, or for sev puri, topped with onion, sev and tangy sauces.
