Bacofoil Non-Stick Baking Paper is best known for lining trays when roasting vegetables or baking a tray of biscuits, keeping food from sticking and trays easier to clean. It is a non-stick baking paper designed for oven use, supplied on a roll so you can tear off the length you need. At home, it works well for lining cake tins, baking trays and roasting dishes. Use it under sponges and traybakes to help them lift out cleanly, or under roast vegetables and fish parcels to stop them catching on the tray. It also suits lining trays for biscuits and pastries, giving an even base without extra greasing. Tear off a sheet slightly larger than your tin or tray, then press it into the corners so it sits flat against the base and sides. For round tins, cut a circle to match the base before adding your mixture. Store the roll in a drawer or cupboard away from heat, and keep the box closed between uses to protect the cutting edge. This makes it simple to portion out exactly the amount of paper needed for each bake, tray or dish, whether you are cooking a simple traybake or a full roast dinner.
