The Armaan Paratha Family Pack is sized for households that get through flatbreads regularly, giving you a ready supply in the freezer for midweek meals without a separate trip to the shop. Each paratha is a frozen layered flatbread, kept in the freezer until needed and cooked straight from frozen. Parathas like these are a regular fixture at the dinner table, served alongside curries, dal or a simple bowl of yoghurt. They also work well at breakfast, torn and dipped into pickle or eaten plain with a hot drink. Because the pack holds several parathas, it suits families cooking through the week rather than a single meal. To cook, heat a dry tawa or frying pan and place the paratha on while still frozen. Add a little oil or ghee to the pan and turn the paratha regularly until both sides are golden and slightly crisp. Once cooked, serve immediately while hot, as parathas are best eaten fresh off the pan. After opening, reseal the bag tightly and return any unused parathas to the freezer straight away. Keeping the pack well sealed helps stop the flatbreads sticking together, making it easier to take out just the number you need for each meal.
